SHIPPING POLICY
Because our items come from different locations in the USA, not all shipping times are the same. Your order may be shipped in more than one box and arrive at different times.
Items usually ship within 48 hours of processing your order via the best shipping method. UPS is the most commonly used shipping method. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

$50.01 - $75.00 $10.00
Over $75.00 FREE
Please note: Heavy and oversize items may require additional shipping charges. You will receive a separate invoice with updated fees if they are required.

RETURN POLICY
We value our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority.
You may return all unused items purchased at Maddie’s Décor & Gifts within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if there was an error in the order. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
